Maidlin Mistry

Maidlin has over 20 years of recruitment experience in Singapore, Australia and the UK. She has worked for both global brands including Randstad and Robert Half, boutique firms, and was a partner in a successful Melbourne-based search practice prior to her relocation to Singapore. Maidlin has developed and built teams in both Accounting & Finance and HR always retaining a hands-on role in terms of the successful delivery of mid-senior mandates. Maidlin’s industry experience is extremely diverse as she firmly believes the skills and experience of Finance and HR professionals are transferrable into different sectors. She has depth of client exposure in banking, insurance, FMCG, retail, logistics and supply chain and government.
Describing herself as a liking to ‘disrupt’ her career, Maidlin left Australia after 12 years to come to Singapore just before the pandemic. She was drawn to the energy of Asia in terms of economic growth and people and the opportunity to experience a new culture. Maidlin has joined CGP Singapore to support the continued growth of the Corporate Services team.
