Rachel started her recruitment journey with an international specialist staffing firm in 2022 and specialised in the pharmaceutical space. After joining CGP Singapore in 2023, her passion for recruitment grew as she was able to specialise and work closely in the FMCG, Beauty and Retail space. She can actively utilise her skillsets of developing helpful relationships with clients and candidates in her role and looks forward to further cultivating her skills within the specialisation. In her current role, she leads mid-level Sales, Marketing and Digital mandates across industry verticals such as, FMCG, Beauty and Retail within the Southeast Asia region
