Our Client is a US listed MNC and is one of the fastest growing Consumer Goods companies globally. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the North Asia markets including Korea and Japan.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Sales, the incumbent will drive omni-channel sales and profit growths for Japan and Korea, as well as distributor management and business development opportunities. Working closely with the regional marketing teams, the Sales Manager would spearhead and implement marketing initiatives, partnering with assigned distributors to achieve successful implementation of agreed activity calendar and NPD.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience managing markets in North Asia including Japan and/or South Korea in a Sales capacity, with a omni-channel approach (online and offline).
You must be a strong communicator with good interpersonal & negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional and external relationships.
A creative thinker with strong analytical skills/business acumen would be required to excel in the role.
