In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Deputy Director, Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team.
The Role
Reporting to Deputy Director of Finance, you will lead a small team supporting the division's overall financial reporting function and play a part of critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions which includes evaluating, analyzing and highlighting operational risk to the business. You will develop and support short and long-term operational strategies to co-drive and ensure proper business performance management through profitability and operational analysis.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 10 years of work experience in FP&A and business partnering. You have good communication and strong stakeholders management skills.
