In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director, HRBP to join their growing HR team.
Reporting to the Cluster Lead of HRBP (Academic), this is a people manager role responsible in directing all aspects of Human Resources, with the support of COE teams, for one of the most dynamic School within the university. You will balance the role of implementing annual HR programs & strategic projects as well as providing HR advisory to the business in managing people-related issues.
The ideal candidate is Bachelor's Degree graduate with more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP capacity. Prior experience working in a matrix organisation with a mature HR framework (COE functions) is a definite advantage.
