Our Client
Our client is a prominent government agency in Singapore. Armed with the mission of progressing Singapore's industrial development and research capabilities they have collaborations with leading institutions and governments across the world, and continue to direct inter-governmental and public-private collaborations in Singapore.
The Role
Our client is currently expanding their HR Department due to ongoing growth. You will be part of the organisation’s HR Learning & Organisational Development team, with specific focus into end-to-end talent development & cultivation - from design through to development and program management. You will lead a small team focussing into either Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 8 to 18 years of work experience in Learning & Organisational Development, of which at least 4 years in people management. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and are a keen learner who appreciates challenges and personal development.
