Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in development, review and implementation of reward related programs and projects such as salary benchmarking and benefit review
  • Participate in the annual salary review and incentive and other reward processes
  • Manage and conduct market survey for assessing the company’s salary packages competitiveness
  • Prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires
  • Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered
  • Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR team members on reward programs

Key Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Any Field
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in relevant field
  • Great analytical skills and Good sense of governance in matrixed environment
