Armed with the mission of progressing Singapore's industrial development and research capabilities they have collaborations with leading institutions and governments across the world, and continue to direct inter-governmental and public-private collaborations in Singapore.
The Role
Our client is currently expanding their HR Department due to ongoing growth. You will be part of the organisation’s HR Compensation & Benefits team, with specific focus into end-to-end compensation management - performance management, compensation benchmarking exercises, annual surveys, strategic projects, and BAU support. You will also support the team in strategic HR projects.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 3 to 6 years of work experience in human resources, of which at least 2 years in managing C&B operations and projects. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and are a keen learner who appreciates challenges and personal development.
