The incumbent will support the formulation, review and implementation of Group Human Resource Policies and guidelines to ensure that Group HR supports the company's goal of attracting, developing and retaining the right employees to achieve its strategic goals.
Ideally, the candidate should come with a minimally a degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience. A background in public healthcare or MNC with strong policy experience is highly advantageous but not a must.
