Our client is a leading Finance Shared Services organisation with key focus into government and government-linked sectors. With ongoing growth comes the mandate to appoint an Assistant HR Manager to support the people agenda at HQ here in Singapore.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR you will assist to supervise a team of experienced HRBPs to provide HR counsel to the business, and oversee the development of people agenda for the organisation. You will support the Head of HR in charting strategic HR / people development roadmap for the business while driving HR programs hands-on with assigned business units and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor's Degree graduate with at least 8 years of professional work experience, including 3 years in a people management capacity. You are tasked at full spectrum HR operations whilst having prior experience in strategic HR mandates.
