Job description
Responsibilities :
- Managing end to end recruitment for junior to senior candidates, including sourcing, interviewing and offering process
- Build pipelines for the organization and influence hiring decision
- Manage payroll processes and calculations
- Managing payroll of approximately 150 headcounts and submission of IR8A and other relevant bonuses
- Maintaining compensation and benefits, and align with company processes, policies and programme
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree with at least 5-8 years of experience
- Recruitment and payroll experience is essential in the role
- Timesoft proficiency is an advantage
