Our client is a global leader in the luxury beauty & cosmetics sector, looking to hire a Assistant Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will have strategic oversight across all product assortment and marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio, with a focus across Asia Pacific markets. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Assistant Marketing Manager will drive brand excellence through product merchandising and brand marketing campaigns, to build integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences, with the conceptualization of effective marketing strategies to achieve brand growth and sales objectives across the region.
Requirements:
Ideally, the candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the Beauty industry, with a core focus in brand / product marketing.
The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional and external relationships.
A creative thinker with strong analytical skills/business acumen would be required to excel in the role.
