Job description

Responsibilities:

  • With a focus on employee engagement and total rewards (Compensation and Benefits), the HRBP would be involved in both strategic and operational aspects of HR delivery
  • Leading program regarding culture, engagement and recognition/ rewards
  • Ability to optimize tools and processes, comfortable with conducting experience surveys, focus group, counselling and mediation , researching on industry best practices with HR as a subject matter expert
  • Participate in any new digital transformative projects
  • Manage employee grievances, experience and overall wellness in the organization
  • Building strong HR communication and point of contact for policies, or any HR related enquires

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably HR
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience ; with expertise in total rewards and engagement highly preferred
  • Retail / F&B industry experience advantageous
