Job description
Responsibilities:
- Managing all business development and account servicing work, within a team of 3
- Key collaborator between clients, business managers, recruiters and relevant stakeholders within the firms
- Engaging of clients to ensure an inflow of job positions, creating new opportunities for partnerships
- Utilize a range of resources (professional bodies, trade associations and chambers, unions, enterprises, self-help groups) to serve the general job seekers / underserved sectors
- Designing employer engagement strategies and working with internal recruiters on attaining employment outcomes
- Establish and grow relationships with employers and hiring managers
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree with relevant recruitment knowledge at least 4 years of experience
- Proven track record in a B2B environment would be highly preferred

- Working Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
