In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Lead to join their Information Technology COE.
Reporting to the Head of Information Technology you will lead the pathing of strategic and operational direction for the Business Process Improvement function. As a catalyst of change, you will provide guidance to a team to assist the functional departments in incorporating a Quality Excellence culture and the execution of Business Process Transformation plans to achieve long term sustainability and organisation goal.
The ideal candidate comes with over 10 to 15 years of Business Process Improvement / Transformation experience – in optimising system capability and automating functionality. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
