Our Client is an Established Government Services Corporation. They are looking for an individual to join their growing business as a Career Consulting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality consultation services to job seekers through one-on-one coaching according to the program standards to facilitate the achievement of sustained employment for job seekers Through one-on-one coaching with job seekers to develop an action-oriented career development and transition plan.
- Maximizing opportunities to secure employment opportunities for job seekers by understanding the skills, interests, and experience of job seekers through career coaching conversations and proactively matching them to opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 3 years of Working Experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
Other information:
- Working Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Basic Monthly Salary: S$4000 or Above + Bonuses + Commission
