- Provides high quality consultation services to job seekers through one-on-one coaching according to the program standards to facilitate the achievement of sustained employment for job seekers Through one-on-one coaching with job seekers to develop an action-oriented career development and transition plan.
- Maximizing opportunities to secure employment opportunities for job seekers by understanding the skills, interests, and experience of job seekers through career coaching conversations and proactively matching them to opportunities
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 3 years of Working Experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
