Job description

Our client is one of the world’s leading transportation conglomerates. They have embarked on a digitalization transformation journey and are building ecosystems to further serves the public & consumer well.

They are looking for a CIAM Technical Lead, under the product engineering team, to strengthen the centralized authentication systems that authorize users across multiple product verticals. Also, to implement a platform-wide effective search mechanism across all product verticals, ensuring that the search capability across the platform is seamless and responsive



  • Communicate & work closely with the Product Manager, to align the business requirement and deliverables
  • Work with the platform vendors & internal team to manage and support the current CIAM solution
  • Merge multiple applications with different authentication and authorization mechanism into a single sign-on the flow, method, and the data management policy
  • Combining the different loyalty systems from product verticals into a single system and the redemption process
  • Support and improve the loyalty & search capability of the App’s ecosystem
  • Work with, validate & ensure that the coding quality from Overseas Development Centre follows prevailing guidelines and governance



  • Bachelor of Science in Computer or related disciplines
  • More than 6 years of working experience in software engineering, 2 years of experience leading or coaching junior engineers
  • Experience in managing Single Sign On platforms such as OneLogin, Auth0
  • Familiar with Cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
  • Familiar with containerization like Docker
  • Working experience in Node.JS, and related frameworks such as Nest.JS
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search
  • Understanding of SaaS loyalty platforms
  • Knowledge of web security and performance, software design patterns
  • Experience in working directly, and communicating effectively with stakeholders
