My client, a global leader in the luxury accessories and lifestyle space, is looking for a Regional Client Analyst. Working together with cross-functional teams including events and retail, you will work closely with the CRM manager to optimise client engagement and activation efforts across the region.
Job Description:
- Support the operating BUs within the South-East Asian region through usage of big data analysis and insights to develop strategic initiatives and creating competitive advantages within the industry.
- Provide 360 client insight and client journey analysis to support CRM strategy and business development.
- Translate client KPI into actions in collaboration with management and boutique teams and share reports for post-event and post-CRM campaigns.
- Oversee campaign calendar planification and development of targeted mailing lists to drive traffic to e-commerce platform and boutiques.
- Support development of gifting strategies and execute rollout at key celebratory moments.
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of experience within the retail industry
- Experience in data analysis and client development in the retail industry
- Good experience in SAP BI and Salesforce
- Self-driven, well-organised and can work in a collaborative environment.
