Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as the primary Company Secretary when required.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring timely and efficient responses to inquiries and requests.
- Cultivate deep understanding of current and prospective clients, familiarizing oneself with their industry landscapes and primary stakeholders.
- Ensure diligent upkeep of statutory registers and records for assigned client portfolio.
- Manage the timely preparation, coordination, and submission of essential regulatory documents and forms to pertinent authorities and organizations.
- Direct and monitor daily operational activities, ensuring client communications are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to existing procedures, client service models, and operational processes to align with contemporary business and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of related professional experience.
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of regulations such as the Listing Manual, Companies Act, Catalist Rules, Securities and Futures Act, as well as guidelines surrounding Insolvency, Restructuring, and Dissolution Act procedures.
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and adeptness at problem resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity or experience in View Point being an advantage.
- ICSA qualification or a similar relevant certification is highly desirable.
