Our client is one of the leading retailers in Asia that operates under a number of well-known brands across food, health and beauty, home furnishings, restaurants and other retailing. They are looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join their expanding team to cover the Food and Healthy & Beauty sectors.


The Role:

  • Lead the collection and delivery of customer insights in South East Asia
  • Support the Lead to provide customer-led decision making throughout the organization of the brand across South East Asia markets
  • To maximise use of customer insights to drive better customer understanding within the organization
  • Drive business insights & activations that drive TOMA, increased trial & ROI for Marketing & Commercial investments


The Candidate:

  • Strong technical capabilities and fluent in driving ad hoc analysis, insights & recommendation using Nielsen Measurement service and Kantar World Panel data
  • 2 - 3 years experience in customer research with a retail/FMCG company or research agency (Nielsen, Kantar etc.)
  • Graduate degree in marketing or business discipline
  • Solid understanding quantitative or qualitative research techniques
