Job description

Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturing MNC with headquartered in Europe. They are currently seeking for high caliber talents to be part of their dynamic team as a Customer Project Manager.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers for all non-commercial aspect of projects.
  • Pre and Post Sales technical support and product update to customers.
  • Machine and demo specifications, review, and agreement with customers.
  • Discuss and define Customized Machine Features (CMF) for new machine projects as well as upgrades / retrofits.
  • Customer issue tracking and timely closure.
  • Responsible for timely machine acceptance.
  • Lead in customer projects / evaluation / demo arrangement and successful completion with report submission.
  • Gather buyoff, benchmark, beta test or evaluation of new products.
  • Participation in customer engineering meeting, follow up on actions.
  • Support Hybrid CIP and Process Lab development projects.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree/Master in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Min 8 years’ experience within a technical environment in Semiconductor field.
  • At least 3 years and above in the product support and in handling customers.
  • Hands-on experience in Semiconductor Frontend or Backend Process and Equipment.
  • Knowledge of processes with high number of interfaced factors of influence.
  • Excellent communication skills to transfer messages from and towards the customers.
  • Understanding for precision mechanics and for complex systems.
  • Understanding of factory automation and software feature needs.
  • Project planning and project report generation skill set.
  • Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Matlab, SAP, MS Office 365.
