Our client is a reputable government-linked NGO in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a HR Director to lead their dynamic HR team.
With dual reporting to Group Head of HR and CEO, Singapore, you will lead and drive the success of the human resources function for Singapore Corporate Office. You will lead the human resources team (COE functions & HRBP) to oversee full spectrum of human resources function - HR operations, talent acquisition and onboarding, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration and employee relations. You will be instrumental in supporting the organisation's aspiration to pivot culturally and strive for organisational excellence.
The ideal candidate comes with over 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with at least 8 years leading human resources function. You are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises. You have prior experience supporting HR transformation as a HR advisor / business partner and esteemed stakeholder management skills.
