Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company within the High Tech Industry and they have a huge worldwide presence across APAC, Europe and America. The company's vision involves integrating innovation, knowledge, people, and products. Presently, they seek an adept Director, Security Solutions to be based in their APAC Corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual must possess robust leadership abilities to effectively manage both direct and virtual teams across the APAC region.
• Will act as the main conduit for conveying market demands to the Corporate Solutions Marketing & Product Management units.
• Surpass annual budget expectations for the region.
• Collaborate closely with regional peers to drive growth.
• Primarily engage with customers to establish credibility and deliver value.
• Collaborate with the sales force to identify prospects, educate clients, enhance product positioning, devise solutions, and foster lasting relationships to drive recurring opportunities.
• Convey credibility and value to customers through education and positioning of solutions.
• Act as a bridge between key Security suppliers at the regional level, swiftly resolving challenges, recognizing opportunities, and maintaining the organization reputation in the Market.
• Possess the ability to identify, strategize, and devise sales directions and plans for the region to attain defined market objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management with P&L responsibility.
