Job description
Responsibilities:

As part of the recruitment consulting team, partner with senior colleagues on relevant projects, pitch preparation, knowledge management

Recommend a pipeline of candidates in specific to requirements, recommend approach and develop targeted company list through comprehensive research

Identifying and calibrating of potential candidates through internal firm network, market outreach and other external sources/ referrals
-
Manage the project team through search processes

Driving strategy and client solutions
-
Providing leadership advisory services along with partners
Requirements:
-
Degree with at least 3-10 years of recruitment experience
-
Executive search experience within financial services desk would be required
