Our client is a notable IHL in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for a Lead for their HR Shared Service team.
The Role
Reporting to Division Head of HR Shared Services, you will be part of a dynamic team providing end-to-end Human Resources Operations and Faculty Administration support to the organisation's employees within a dynamic Shared Service environment. You will lead a team of HR operations professionals in managing employee lifecycle for staffs, from appointment to promotion and contract termination.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 10 years of work experience in Human Resources Operations in a Shared Services environment, with at least 5 years in a people manager capacity. Applicants with a background in Faculty HR operational support is an advantage.
