My client, a renowned European FMCG company is now looking for a FP&A Manager to join their fast-paced and dynamic finance team here in Singapore.
Reporting into the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for both FP&A and finance business partnering to support business growth and profitability in the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with the Commercial teams to ensure alignment with busines objectives and financial targets, providing financial insights and raising challenges when appropriate. This include insights on business dynamics and trends, taking into account factors that will impact business performances and make recommendations for cost savings and growth initiatives. In addition, you will stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with at least 8 years' relevant experience in a multinational business or from a similar industry. You will possess strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a small team. You will be described as a results-oriented and pro-active individual with the ability to engage and establish fruitful working relationships with business stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
