With growing market demand and expansion plans, they are hiring a Fund Management & Investment IT Business Partner. Be the link between Fund Management, Investment teams, and IT. Collaborate to develop tech solutions aligning with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact, understanding business needs and challenges. Identify and prioritize tech initiatives.
- Translate requirements into tech specs for timely delivery. Cultivate strong relationships with teams and vendors.
- Provide guidance on tech platform usage. Monitor tech performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends. Ensure tech security, availability, and integrity.
- Assist in tech training.
- Present project updates to senior management. Recommend new strategies. Input on IT strategy, finance, and demand management.
- Lead the BP-managed innovations and manage customer relationships.
- Approve new service requirements and drive service design with insights.
- Agree on platform-specific services. Provide inputs for service catalogue and continuity.
- Oversee platform capacity and performance. Provide platform-specific information during app implementation.
- Assist in major incident handling. Ensure prompt incident communication.
- Assess and authorize BCP.
- Participate in research for new services/solutions. Agree on service review scope.
- Provide platform-specific inputs for the review.
- Govern IT compliance for Platform tech initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, finance, or a related field.
- Proven similar role experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of fund management and investment processes.
- In-depth understanding of relevant tech platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project management proficiency.
- Familiarity with regulations and industry best practices.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
