About the Team:

You will be joining a highly skilled global campus recruitment team. We operate seamlessly across regions, driving innovation and excellence. you will be a senior member of a team of 2-4 campus recruiters and coordinators across APAC / US /EU. As part of the broader HR organization, we manage enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. About the Role:

This is an exciting and newly created role that sits with the center of excellence to manage full conceptualization and implementation of the global employer branding framework and initiatives for various business units and external bodies, at the same time collaborate with other COEs such as talent acquisition and internal communications to tailor interventions across markets. Essentially, he/she is responsible for internal content development to promote a culture that helps employees better understand and meet the requirements of the company's values, mission, and vision.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Philosophy or relevant fields.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Philosophy or relevant fields.

2. At least 5 years of professional experience in publishing, corporate PR, social media marketing, creative agency where English is the main work language.
3. Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Passionate about culture and employer branding with a communication mindset.
