Job Description
Our client is looking for candidates who can effectively manage a business unit with a great degree of autonomy. Candidates must be capable of leading a medium sized team covering an array of job functions and must also be capable of working in a fast-paced, target driven working environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the automotive financing business unit – products (hire purchase, floor stock, bank referrals etc.) and departments (credit, credit documentation, account management, credit control).
- Providing strategic thought to the development and direction of the business unit.
- Responsible for the P&L of the business unit in accordance with the revenue and profit targets set by the management.
- Control and management of the departments within the business unit.
- Providing monthly reports and analysis to the management.
Pre-requisites
- More than 6 years in the automotive financing industry (prior experience in related products will be preferred).
- Hands-on and strong leadership abilities.
- Familiar with the automotive industry, dealing with car dealers (not authorized dealers).
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing the market trend, stores performance and competitor's activities.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
