An upcoming and growing lifestyle consumer brand group, the hiring client is identifying for a suitable individual who can drive through logistics and fulfillment excellence as the Candidate would also manage overall continuity of business improvements with key management teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all development and implementation of Logistics and Fulfilment operations to make happen on time delivery in a fast-paced environment for related inbound, outbound and last mile e-commerce fulfilment in the region.
- Deliver, champion, and mentor structured, professional project management by overseeing process improvement initiatives for related logistics processes and system, including that of warehousing automation.
- Act as a point of expertise for every project development with purpose of overall operation, business outline as outlined in each project scope document.
- Be responsible for operational excellence delivery, logistics digitalization with high level of service levels in SEA region.
- Hold ability of tracking all agreed deliverables with timely and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Hold minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Transportation Management or related tertiary fields.
- Develop and maintain good records of leading regional and/or in-country operations and operational excellence teams.
- Established business and commercial acumen, with a strong desire to build lasting professional relationships.
- Diplomacy in managing stakeholders.
- Accomplished influencer, willing to raise concerns regardless of implications.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
