Job description
Responsibilities:
- Setting up of HR policies, processes in line with organization expansion plans
- Manage a team of Regional HRs, currently at 7 headcount across Asia
- Provide people advisory to business leaders to achieve business unit’s strategic objectives.
- Leverage on people agenda to help business build capability.
- Work closely with business leaders in manpower planning, developing, and tracking employee headcount and employee cost budget.
- Identify and develop people strategies and programs to support business needs and drive business performance.
- Provide guidance and advice to line managers on managing employee performance and development improvement processes.
- Support our annual performance management process, bonus, and merit.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc HR projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 8-10 years experience, preferably within tech/ data centers/ cloud solutions/ infrastructure industries
- Regional generalist experience preferred
- Experience leading teams required
