The Company
Our Client is a public autonomous university in Singapore that focuses on applied degree programmes primarily in the social sciences.
The Role
Reporting to the the Director, Planning & Finance, the incumbent will lead the Procurement division in providing strategic, operational and administrative direction and management through development and implementation of purchasing strategies, policy formulation and review, performance management, information gathering, compliance and reporting
The Candidate
Ideally, the candidate should come with a degree in relevant discipline, with a minimum 10 years of relevant working experiences with minimum 5 years at managerial level. Procurement system implementation experience and experience with SAP S4/HANA within IHLs and GLCs will be an advantage but not a must
