Our client is a renowned cult beauty brand and we are partnering with them on a search for a Head of Retail, APAC to join them in this exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Director to drive retail distribution growth, and lead the commercial transformation of the brand across APAC, for all channels from boutiques, departmental, eCommerce as well as specialty stores for both Domestic and Travel Retail markets
- Responsible and drive all top-line revenue and managing sell-in/sell-out, retail sales and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with retail partners to ensure successful partnerships, and to achieve performance results and profitability
- To develop new markets and channels, managing the pipeline for new retail partners, or new products for existing retailers
- Manage forecasts provided by retailers of top products and new products to ensure enough stock supply on new launches/campaigns
- Lead negotiations with retail partners on key launches, space, location and stock.
- At least 8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, account management, preferably in beauty
- Results driven, and analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel when required
