In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Head, Residence Engagement & Relations to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to Executive Director you will lead a team in engaging and maintaining strong relationships with on-campus residents (both students and faculty), as well as serve as primary point of contact with regards to enquiries, requests and feedback. You will oversee the implementation of housing policies and guidelines, and develop initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with more than 15 years of work experience in housing / property administration & management and customer service / relations or related roles. Work experience in hospitality, customer service sectors, especially hotel, hostel or related industry is an advantage.
