Our client is a reputable government-linked NGO in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting a Impact & Outcome specialist to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview
You will be leading the analysis of Impact & Outcome for their span of social, international, and sustainability programs and partnerships, including but not limited to conceptualising, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that are aligned with the objectives, priorities, and policies of the organisation goals to drive collaborative giving in achieving the highest impact.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 10 years of work experience, with strong experience in IOM methodologies and advisory for service delivery programs. Experience in driving analysis, project management, problem-solving and planning of programs in the social service or healthcare sectors is an advantage but not a must.
