Our Client is an Established Logistics & Supply Chain Multinational Corporate with a Global Presence. They are seeking an individual to join their growing business as an HR Analyst.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll and benefits administration in compliance with legal and internal regulation
- Handle all work passes’ applications and renewals, ensuring timely onboarding and continual employment with the business
- Provide all-round HR support including talent acquisitions, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration
- Support HR Manager to roll out corporate and regional strategies and initiatives
- Provide timely responses and advice for line managers and employees
- Handle recruitment process from headcount request, interview selection and onboarding process for junior employees
- Liaise with external vendors/government agencies on training applications/grants matters
- Liaise with universities on internship
- Participate in internal and external audit reviews
- Participate in local government labour market surveys and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Support annual compensation review and performance management-related activities
- Assist HR Manager to design, coordinate and organize training programs
- Organize staff relations activities and handle staff issues
- Prepare HR-related reports, statistics and analysis
- Ensure employee records in personal file and in HR system are up-to-date
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
- Min. 5 years of solid human resources experience; experience in MNC or global company is preferable
