Job description

Core Responsibilities:
• Co-build with the human resource teams and business leaders the human resource digital roadmap including reviewing and revamping existing systems and strategies.
• Analyzes AS-IS gaps in user experiences and business efficiencies in terms of optimizing the human resources systems.
• Understands current user’s digital skillsets and pain points in using HR digital systems and advocate appropriate change management approaches or solutions.
• Delivers human resource digital transformation programs, supporting the design, building, testing and deploying of an integrated digital core system;
• Plans and sets up the appropriate change management tools and solutions eg learning materials, user workshops.
• Monitor user issues, system performance and perform routine health-check
• Applies data governance concepts and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for people planning purposes;
• Advises new business on their HR digital needs and guides them in building and customizing existing systems to suit their needs.
• Build network with the relevant vendors, associations and authorities in Singapore to stay ahead of trends and leverage available funding support for human resource transformations projects.
• Coach and develop the human resource team, business stakeholders and internal customers to elevate their digital systems self – help capabilities.
• With business expansion, build an effective HRIT team structure to provide seamless support and new innovations across businesses and partners in Singapore.
 
Requirements:
• 3 – 5 + years of experience leading, managing, and implementing HCM system changes
• Experience in requirement study, support, system development or system implementation
• Knowledge in Workday / Kronos / PeopleSoft /Oracle Fusion / Lumesse is an advantage
