JOB SUMMARY
 
As Director, HR & Admin, you will provide strategic leadership in the Human Resources domain and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the full spectrum of the Group’s HR & Admin functions, including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Relations, Workplace Culture and Health & Safety (H&S). You are a seasoned HR practitioner with excellent people management skill that will inspire and motivate staff through progressive HR policies and practices that support the Group’s business goals. You will actively support the Board and CFO in building positive corporate culture, exemplifying our corporate values and looking after the welfare and morale of all within the the Group.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management with at least 10 years of solid, hands-on, senior management experience across the full spectrum of HR & Admin function
  • A seasoned HR practitioner who is resourceful, well-organized, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good in negotiations and conflict resolution, able to manage sensitive and confidential situations and key stakeholders with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and deliver results under pressure and resource constraints
  • Able to interact and work well with senior leaders in Management team and Board of Directors
  • Strong working knowledge of local employment market, practices and labour laws
