Job description
As the HR Transformation & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent landscape and fostering a culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent. You will work closely with regional business leaders to understand their manpower needs and devise innovative talent acquisition strategies to position our organization as the Employer of Choice. Your creative approach will be instrumental in enhancing our hiring effectiveness through the identification of best candidate sourcing platforms at the regional level.
Your responsibilities will extend to onboarding, where you will drive improvements in our onboarding process to create a seamless and engaging experience for new employees. Acting as the main point of contact for new hire senior leaders, you will ensure their smooth integration into our organizational environment and continuously seek feedback to refine the onboarding experience.
Compensation and benefits management will also fall under your purview. Conducting regular payroll audits, you will ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Working alongside senior HR leaders and Global Rewards, you will define salary structures and benefits plans for the countries managed, while sourcing vendors to provide regional services for employee benefit programs. Your expertise will also be vital in evaluating and advising on employee promotions and salary adjustments.
As the strategic business partner for regional business leaders, you will conduct regular meetings to address people issues and define action plans for HR transformation. Leading by example, you will champion change within the country HR team, driving the dissemination and execution of action items that enhance employee experience and engagement throughout the organization's journey.
In talent management, you will lead the investigation of people cases, ensuring fairness and compliance with legal and labor regulations. Collaborating with country HR teams, you will plan and execute talent and performance management programs, fostering the development and retention of top talents within the organization. Your guidance will extend to reviewing internal HR policies, aligning them with corporate goals, and ensuring seamless execution.
Partnering with the Global Learning & Organizational Development team, you will conduct regional and local training needs analyses, providing inputs for the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. Facilitating workshops for HR teams, senior leaders, and people managers, you will empower them to lead their teams effectively.
Additionally, you will take a proactive role in talent development through talent reviews and succession planning exercises, identifying key talents and nurturing their career growth within the organization.
