Reporting to the corporate services senior manager in a subsidiary of an established aviation company, you would be responsible for various activities involving HR and Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Driving of internal improvement plans with regards to corporate services
- Managing full spectrum of human resource duties, not limited to recruitment, working visa, payroll, tax clearance
- Manage all HR reporting duties, budgeting vs actual analysis etc
- Responsible for financial activities such as AP, AR management, credit control, financial analysis and audit / financial reporting and cashflow management
- Administrative duties such as workplace safety management, events planning, team building are also involved
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong corporate services (HR & Finance) experience, preferably in industrial organization
