Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's ESG data management system, defining goals, targets, and metrics for performance measurement.
- Manage external vendor and consultant relationships for ESG data system support.
- Recommend improvements based on emerging ESG technology knowledge.
- Identify and suggest new ESG/Sustainability platform features.
- Manage ESG/Sustainability platform service catalogue.
- Ensure ESG/Sustainability system services meet SLAs.
- Plan, design, and gather requirements for the ERP system.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced apps.
- Conduct ITSCM and security reviews.
- Ensure service performance meets targets proactively and reactively.
- Build and deploy ERP systems.
- Conduct unit and performance testing.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Provide logical problem resolution.
- Manage problem lifecycle to minimize incident impact.
- Resolve 2nd-level incidents or major events related to the ESG/Sustainability platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, finance, or related field.
- In-depth ESG knowledge, including principles, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for complex ESG data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in ESG software and data tools.
- Familiarity with ESG principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, GRI, SASB) is a plus.
