Our Client

Our client is a prominent government agency in Singapore. Armed with the mission of progressing Singapore's industrial development and research capabilities they have collaborations with leading institutions and governments across the world, and continue to direct inter-governmental and public-private collaborations in Singapore.

 

 

The Role

Our client is currently expanding their HR Department due to ongoing growth. You will be part of the organisation's HR COE - specialising in HR Governance / Employee Relations. You will supervise team members in enforcing HR policy, and conducting investigation into employee disciplinary / industrial relations issues to ensure HR policy is well aligned and implemented.

 

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with 6 to 15 years of work experience in human resources / industrial relations. Candidate with pure IR / union management experience is welcome. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and are a keen learner who appreciates challenges and personal development.
