Our client is a globally renowned organisation in Singapore, with dedicated focus into marine and engineering. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Leadership & Talent Development Lead to join their dynamic Human Resources team.
Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Talent Development you will wear the hat of a talent conduit, advising business leaders on implementation and calibration of talent development intervention in the organisation. You will facilitate holistic talent review and succession planning processes, and drive leadership development through implementation of signature programs.
The ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 12 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the Talent Management / Leadership Development. You come with people management experience and are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.
