The Role
Due to ongoing growth in the HR Department CGPO2O has been mandated to recruit for a Leadership Development Lead for this organisation. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development and Management, you will lead the Leadership Development vertical - overseeing program roadmap and operation to ensure the organisation’s leadership development aspirations are met. You will work closely with Human Resources Business Partnering and COE colleagues to ensure proper execution of programs.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s Degree graduate and comes with over 10 to15 years of work experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in the Leadership Development discipline. You have good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and has experience in managing complex stakeholder landscape. We welcome your application.
