The Role
This is a retail leasing position, where you will be playing a critical role in curating the tenancy mix and bring to life new concepts to the existing locations of our client. Working closely with current and new prospects, you will enhance the value of all properties while bringing conveniences for the community.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate, with at least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. You have a strong passion for the retail industry, with good understanding of trends and concepts. Candidates holding different portfolios (e.g commercial, industrial etc) are welcome to apply.
