Job Purpose
Our client is a well-known established Fintech in Asia, looking for a strategic planner cum analyst for their New Business Models channel.
This position assists in leading the strategic projects within the New Business Models (NBM) channel. It will drive the execution of various strategic initiatives to support and grow the new business channel across our markets, whilst also ensuring the execution and delivery of our Group owned NBM strategic projects.

The role owns and manages the data mining, analysis, insight and reporting for the Group NBM channel, working with cross-functional teams to interpret results and define strategic paths forward to deliver against our NBM primary objectives.
  • Assist the Group Head of NBM to define the strategic project roadmap for the NBM channel, ensuring market and cross functional alignment and commitment to the plan
  • Collaborate with Group and Market teams closely to ensure all strategic projects are on track, are delivered on time, and to budget.
  • Direct and oversee all data analysis, management reporting, and financial reporting for the NBM Channel.
  • Assist in defining master project plans, outlining interdependencies, and managing tracking and reporting of key initiatives.
  • Works across Markets to help define business cases / projection for digital partnerhsips / ecosystems.
  • Business degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in Strategy/ business planning and working in cross-functional strategy projects gained at one of the top consulting firms or in the insurance industry
  • Ideally experience in Life insurance
  • Ability to independently carry out performance analysis, competitive and market analysis, financial analysis and translate the information in actional insights and strategies
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
