Our Client is an Established Insurance Multinational Corporation with a Global Presence. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a Manager, HRBP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist functions for including but not limited to recruitment and selection, on/ off boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning developments and employee relations.
- Review and implement HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and programs that align with the Company objectives.
- Streamlining of current work process and procedures, not limited to HR but admin and accounting team.
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders on HR matters and managing employee relations.
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing endto-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
- Collaborate with Head Office for Global HR projects. Successfully introduced job posting/ global mobility program.
- Heavily involve in corporate culture projects - CSR, mission & vision, company philosophy/ value and also HR projects.
- Responsible in managing yearly performance management review and preparation of bonus payment and salary review.
- Participate in market salary survey, market research, manage and review company fringe benefits.
- Review employees' benefits, highlighted important of market practices and identify remarketing exercise is required for next renewal.
- Conducted insurance benchmarking and remarketing exercise
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in any Field
- Min. 10 years of Professional Experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Excellent communication skills to manage all levels of stakeholders
