Our Client
Our client is a privately funded non-profit institution that support and consult public agencies and their leaders across the globe, developing programs which emphasises on governance and nation building. Due to ongoing growth they are currently looking for a Manager, Learning Program Management to join their team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Academy you will support the design and delivery of training and related programs for The Academy. You will develop and manage learning interventions. from identification of learning needs to designing of curriculum based on the organisation's framework. You will also partner and engage clients in understand key learning needs and skill gaps, in contextualising learning interventions.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is Bachelor’s degree graduate with at least 3 years of experience in curriculum / learning & development in public service, either in Singapore or abroad. You are resourceful and can navigate ambiguity, and is tasked at managing different projects simultaneously.
