Our client is a vibrant finance shared services organisation in the healthcare space. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for Manager, Process Improvement & Automation to join their dynamic organisation.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Business Process Improvement, you will support the Head in exacting business transformation review and process re-engineering programmes. As a transformation partner to assigned divisions, you will be responsible for planning and prioritization of continuous improvement projects, development and implementation of standardized improvement plans such as automation / RPA.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 8 years of Business Process Improvement / Transformation experience – in optimising system capability and automating functionality. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
